Jonathan Phillips - State Farm Agency, an award-winning agency located in Smyrna, GA, is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join their dedicated team. The agency is committed to fulfilling the needs of its customers and creating success for its team members. This position offers valuable first-hand experience working in an agent’s office and provides an opportunity to explore becoming a State Farm agent in the future.

About the Role:
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional you will build and develop customer relationships while promoting State Farm products including auto, home, life, and health insurance. The agency offers a highly rewarding commission structure designed to fairly compensate hard work and success. This plan provides excellent earning potential, allowing motivated sales professionals to significantly increase their income based on their performance


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to warm leads.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to be coached.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Property and Casualty license - or willing to get licensed 
  • Life and Health license - or willing to get licensed
  • Ability to commute Monday - Friday to our office location (must be within a 45 minute - 1 hour drive)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
